This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://SPIRIT4CHRIST.COM (the “Site”). This site is specifically designed for citizens of the United States. We do not knowingly market to European residents and this site is only intended for United States residents. We process information to fulfill contracts we might have or pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Minors

Collection and Use of Personal Information

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Emails from SPIRIT4CHRIST

Sometimes we’ll send administrative emails about account or service changes, or new policies. You can’t opt out of them. You can always opt out of non-administrative emails like newsletters or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instruction included in these emails.. We won’t email you to ask for your password or other account information. If you receive such an email, send it to us immediately.

Our Store

When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping/mailing address, payment information (including credit/debit card numbers, email address, and phone number, and optional account information like username and password.  We refer to this information as “Order Information.” Your data is used for purposes that you expect it to be used for such as fulfilling your order or providing services you requested. This may include providing you personalized content, features to enable you to interact with others, securing your data, and communicating about, improving, or troubleshooting the products or services being provided. If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.

We will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Additionally, when leaving a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Our store is hosted by Overwatch Media Web Services https://webservices.overwatchmedia.com.  They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Disclosure to Other Third Parties

Some third-party services that we use, such as Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics, may place their own cookies in your browser. This Privacy Policy covers use of cookies by SPIRIT4CHRIST only and not the use of cookies by third parties.

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described in previous sections.

Shipping Third-Parties

To ship you your items, we may utilize and share your information with shipping providers, such as: UPS Store, USPS, and/or FEDEX.

PayPal and QuickBooks

If you choose to use PayPal to finalize and pay for your order, some of your data will be passed to PayPal. You will provide your credit card number, directly to PayPal. including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. PayPal’s privacy policy will apply to the information you provide on the PayPal Website.

We use QuickBooks and Microsoft to track our finances. In which case your Order Information and communication with us will be logged.

Third Party E-Commerce Solutions Provider

Our shopping cart is hosted by our e-commerce solutions provider. They host our ordering system and collect your billing information directly from you for the purpose of processing your order. Data Retention and Rights Not Yet Mentioned

When you place an order through the Site, or use the site, we will maintain your Order Information and other information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
