Shipping Policy

Due to the coronavirus, we are experiencing delays in processing and shipping. Allow additional time to our normal shipping policy to receive your order due to these delays. Our normal shipping policy is below

We mainly ship our items using the UPS Store. Please allow at least 14 days to process, ship, and receive your product. If you do not receive your product by this time, please contact us for a status of your order.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are typically sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24-48 hours after the order is placed.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Shipping Restrictions:

We only ship to the United States.

Unfortunately we currently do not ship to P.O Box  at this time


Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Conditions/wear and tear

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you have an issue meeting this portion of the policy please let us know, it is at the sole discretion of Company to accept a return that does not meet our policy.

Begin the Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Timeframe for returns

Please allow at least 7 business days to get a response on whether or not your return can be accepted.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items on sale/discounted

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email via contact form https://SPIRIT4CHRIST.COM/contact-us, and provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In some cases, we can return your product for store credit, a different product of the same price or lower, or a refund to the original payment method. We will let you know when you contact us of your options

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
